Why More People Are Choosing Nashville and Tennessee to Call Home
During the pandemic-era housing market, the nation experienced accelerated migration patterns driven by a mix of hyper-polarization, shifting politics, and the rise of remote work. These factors pushed demand for homeownership away from large metro areas and toward smaller, more affordable cities.

June is National Homeownership Month: Celebrating the Dream of a Home
Celebrating homeownership began in 1995 under President Bill Clinton, aimed at increasing homeownership across the nation. It started as a week-long event. Several years later, in 2002, George W. Bush expanded it to a month-long recognition. Homeownership Month is an opportunity to remind and educate people about the benefits that accompany owning their own home. Those benefits vary in importance depending on one’s goals and dreams. They range from independence in choosing paint colors, to developing equity and wealth. It’s known as the American Dream and it is achievable with some forethought, planning and guidance by professionals that know how to assist in piecing the plan together.
