Greater Nashville REALTORS® offers two types of REALTOR® Membership: Primary and Secondary.

After You Apply

New members must complete the following classes within 90 days:

  • Greater Nashville REALTORS® New Member Orientation
  • Fair Housing
  • Code of Ethics

Failure to complete these requirements will result in termination of membership. The applicant must then reapply for membership by paying an additional $200 non-refundable application fee. New Member Requirements
