How to Become an Approved Instructor for Greater Nashville REALTORS®
Greater Nashville REALTORS® is committed to providing high-quality, relevant, and accessible educational opportunities. In order to achieve this goal, we carefully review and select instructors who exhibit:
- high-level professionalism, integrity, and decorum
- subject-matter expertise
- engaging presentation skills
- effective classroom management skills
Steps to become an approved instructor for Greater Nashville REALTORS®:
- Anyone interested in becoming an instructor for Greater Nashville REALTORS® should email Tina Shreeve, Professional Development Director, at tina@greaternashvillerealtors.org. If applicable, please include course descriptions for personally-created courses, as well as website and video links.
- The request is reviewed, and, if the request aligns with our scheduling and programming needs, the applicant will be notified so that the application process may begin.
- The applicant is given the link to the application, and it must be submitted, along with a resume, two letters of recommendation, and CE Broker history (if applicable). Incomplete applications will not be reviewed.
- Upon receipt and review of the application, the Professional Development Director will schedule an interview to get to know the applicant, ask questions, outline expectations, and discuss next steps.
- The Professional Development Advisory Group will review the application and the Director’s feedback, and will approve or deny the application.
- Applicant is notified of the decision, which is final.
