Affiliate Partner Membership

Affiliate membership with Greater Nashville REALTORS® is an easy process and offers three different membership levels.

An affiliate member is defined as an individual who is not primarily involved in the sale or leasing of property, but who has interests in the real estate profession. These individuals may join Greater Nashville REALTORS® as an Affiliate Member. Affiliate membership belongs to the representative from the company who submits an application. Affiliate membership dues are due on December 31, of each year; however, applications received after January 31, are prorated on a monthly basis.

Level 1 (0–9 employees)

• Company-held membership
• $200 application fee
• One primary contact
• Employees join paying annual dues (no application fee)
• Membership stays with the company

Level 2 (10+ employees)

• Company-held membership
• $500 application fee
• One primary contact
• Employees join paying annual dues (no application fee)
• Membership stays with the company

Level 3 (Individual)

• Individual-held membership
• $200 application fee + annual dues
• Membership follows you if you change companies
